Our story

Built for creators who refuse to compromise

PlumbTV was born out of frustration — with platforms that bury great work, take the lion's share of revenue, and treat creators like content factories.

Our mission

Quality over quantity. Always.

The internet is drowning in content. Algorithms reward volume, not craft. Creators who spend years perfecting their work get buried under a flood of noise — and the platforms profit either way.

PlumbTV exists to fix that. We built a curated streaming platform where quality is the only currency that matters. Every title on PlumbTV is there because it earned its place — not because it gamed an algorithm or paid for placement.

We believe independent creators deserve a platform that fights for them. That means transparent revenue, real audiences, and a curation standard that makes PlumbTV worth watching.

What we stand for

The principles behind PlumbTV

Creator-first, always

Every decision we make starts with one question: is this good for creators? Revenue splits, curation standards, platform policies — all of it is designed to serve the people who make the content.

Curation over volume

We'd rather have 500 exceptional titles than 500,000 mediocre ones. Curation is how we protect the value of every creator's work on the platform.

Radical transparency

No mystery revenue. No hidden fees. No fine print. You know exactly what you earn, how it's calculated, and when it arrives.

Independence matters

Independent voices tell stories the mainstream won't touch. We exist to make sure those stories find the audiences they deserve.

The founder

"Independent creators deserve a platform that actually fights for them."

Ciro Dapagio built PlumbTV after years of watching talented independent creators get shortchanged by platforms that were never designed with them in mind.

A lifelong film enthusiast and entrepreneur, Ciro set out to build the platform he wished had existed — one where craft is rewarded, ownership is respected, and creators actually win.
